Investigators examined Ferdy Sambo's wife, Putri Candrawati, for about 12 hours from Friday morning to Friday midnight (26/8)
The attorney for Ferdy Sambo's wife, Arman Hanis, stated that his client, Putri Candrawathi, had undergone an examination at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police from Friday morning to midnight (26/8).
"Approximately 80 (questions) were submitted by investigators. Mrs. PC also explained during the examination that she was a victim of immoral acts or sexual violence in this case, that was stated in the BAP," said Arman to the media crew, Saturday (27 /8/2022).
During the examination, Putri still admitted that she was a victim of immoral acts or a victim of sexual violence in this case. Putri denied the investigators' allegations against her, including those related to Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder.
Arman believes that the cases faced by his clients will be clearer and clearer. At the time of trial, the evidence will be presented.
"Our legal team has confidence that this case will be clearer and clearer, it's time later in the trial it will be proven. The point is we respect investigators," he said.
