The budget ceiling enforcement program allocated by BNPT was Rp 82,529,678,000 with a realization of Rp 82,592,328,450.
The head of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT) Komjen Boy Rafli Amar stated that BNPT spent Rp383,144,127,505 on terrorism prevention in 2021.
"The BNPT 2021 budget will reach Rp. 385,267,038,000, with a realization of Rp. 383,144,127,505," said Boy Rafli Amar in a working meeting with Commission III of the DPR, at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday (25/8/2022).
BNPT in 2021 received a Budget Implementation List (DIPA) of Rp 516,942,029,000. The DIPA has been cut twice by the government. Based on Presidential Regulation Number 108 of 2020, the government cut the BNPT DIPA to Rp 440,818,091,000.
Then for reasons of changing needs and handling the Covid-19 pandemic, the BNPT DIPA was again cut and the last amount was Rp. 385,267,038,000.
Boy Rafli said that from the use of the budget ceiling given in 2021, there was a remaining amount of IDR 2,122,910,495. Of the total budget, BNPT allocated a ceiling for personnel expenditures of Rp 35,228,053,000.
While the realization of the budget reached Rp 35,090,027,651, so that there was a remaining Rp 138,025,349. "The effectiveness of absorption is 99.61 percent," said Boy. Meanwhile, for goods expenditures, said Boy, a budget of Rp. 286.387.05 million was allocated.
Boy added that from that amount, the realization of the goods expenditure budget reached Rp. 284,455,970,766. This leaves the remaining Rp. 1,931,079,234, with an effective budget absorption of 99 percent.
Boy said the BNPT's capital expenditure budget ceiling allocation in 2021 would reach Rp 63,651,935,000, with a realization of Rp 63,598,129,088. "There is a remaining Rp 53,805,912 with an effectiveness of 99.92 percent," said Boy.
In the counter-terrorism program in the field of prevention, the ceiling provided is Rp. 95,143,507,000 with a realization of Rp. 95,478,953,187.
