Kominfo will not tolerate all forms of online gambling practices, radicalism, and pornography in the digital space.
The Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Johnny G. Plate confirmed that he would not allow space for the presence of online gambling sites in Indonesia.

"There is no open space for online gambling in Indonesia. For what reason? Online gambling violates the law," said Johnny, Jakarta, Monday, August 1, 2022.
Johnny added that the efforts made by Kominfo in blocking several digital platforms were solely for law enforcement. The reason is, there are some provisions that are ignored by some digital platforms.
"This is rule enforcement, this is our alignment and consistency as a state of law that stipulates the law as our commander, the law as the commander in chief. When we carry out law enforcement and regulations, let's guard it together, we support it," said Johnny.
Johnny suggested that several digital platforms immediately comply with the rules by registering as a private Electronic System Operator (PSE).
"If problems and obstacles are found, Kominfo is always happy to provide assistance and assistance in order to overcome or resolve the problem in question," he said.
Previously, Kominfo blocked several digital platforms that did not register as Private PSEs. Kominfo is also accused of passing online gambling sites in the private sphere of PSE.
Some of the sites suspected of gambling online in the PSE include Ludo Dream, Topfun Domino Qiu Qiu, MVP Domino, Higgs Domino Island, Pop Poker, and Pop Gaple.
